The Moon is a natural satellite of Earth. It is also called Mini Earth.
Lots of humans, before visiting Fanon, pass by the Moon and stay there. This counts as a massive yearly increase.

Ever since humans reached the Moon, it has became a Mini Earth, the atmosphere, surface, etc. are like in Earth, but only 15% of the moon is like this, in the colonies zone. Chi Con is trying to keep this as-is.
