It's common practice to use just bold for alternative names in articles - in just the first paragraph only though, don't bold the names everywhere else. Green in not for that purpose. --Zapwire (talk/blog/edits) 20:07, February 26, 2010 (UTC)

I don't mean that green should be applied to nicknames at general, well, if you think about "eccentric", you think about kinds of fauna and flora, green forests, and stuff. I live in an island called São Miguel, in wikipedia:Azores. And it is called "The Green Island" (since each one of the 9 Azorean islands have their own colour depending on the island's look). I wanted to make Xentrica like what I call "paradise", kinda parody to Azores. I'm going to colour just the nicknames, ok? Nice discussion here, it made by brain relax, LoL. It's better than an edit war. Peach forth thou! «
Well nicknames are always annotated in just bold formatting, nothing else.
